Each order is carefully packed and sent from the UK.

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During particularly busy periods, such as seasonal launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there are any unexpected delays, I will contact you as soon as possible.

UK Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, duties or import charges that may apply in their country.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Delays caused by postal services, customs processing or circumstances beyond my control are not the responsibility of The Hearthbound Studio.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to help investigate the issue.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase. No physical item will be shipped.
